West Street Loft
The West Street Loft in Tribeca is located in a former spice warehouse with historic arched windows facing the Hudson River. With views of the water from every room, the quality of light enhances the simple materials of wood, wrought iron, and stone. Hardwood handles were integrated in the custom walnut millwork throughout.
In the powder room, traditional Delft tile is transformed into a modern wall pattern with denser, more illlustrated tile at the bottom transitioning to simple tile above.
